I created an account when purchasing my tickets, and now I'd like to log in and review my order history. How do I do that?

  1. Go to the “Buy Tickets” page.
  2. Select your studio.
  3. If you are on a desktop computer, click “Log In or Sign Up,” located under under the TutuTix logo in the grey bar. If you are on a mobile device, click the black “Menu” button and then click “Log In.”
  4. Log in using your user name and password.
  5. If you are on a desktop, click your name under the TutuTix logo. If you are on a mobile device, skip to the next step.
  6. Click “Order History.”

Please note that you must have created an account, or logged into an existing account, when purchasing tickets in order to review your order history.

To recover your password:

  1. Go to the “Buy Tickets” page.
  2. Select your studio.
  3. If you are on a desktop computer, click on “Log In or Sign Up,” located under under the TutuTix logo in the grey bar. If you are on a mobile device, click the black “Menu” button and then click “Log In.”
  4. Enter your email address, and then click the “Email Password” button. If there is an account associated with that email address, your password will be sent to that email address.

Help! I can’t find my tickets and need to print them.
No problem. Just enter your email address below and click Submit. We’ll resend confirmation emails for all orders placed with that email address in the last 6 months. Just click the Print Tickets link in the confirmation email and you’re good to go.

I ordered Souvenir Tickets but didn’t enter my dancer’s name. Can I still get my Dancer’s Name printed on the tickets?
Yes, you can enter your dancers’ name from the link in your confirmation email. Make sure to finalize your names early, as we cannot make changes once your tickets have been printed. If your tickets list a printed date, you will need to contact us by phone or email following the show to request another copy of your tickets to be mailed for souvenir purposes.
I never received my Souvenir Tickets in the mail and the performance is coming up. What should I do?
Don’t worry. Your studio owner has a full list of all ticket buyers.
